GHz Partners is pleased to announce that it acted as the exclusive financial advisor to the shareholders of Bodymed AG, a technology company offering specialized programs for sustainable weight loss for overweight patients, on its divestiture to Nestlé Health Science in Germany, as a part of Nestlé Deutschland AG.The software supported Bodymed concept includes medical care in 1,350 Bodymed centers in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Since the company was founded 25 years ago, the range and the support offered have established themselves primarily in the German and Austrian markets.

The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
