Dr. Gunnar Plagge

Gunnar has over 25 years’ experience in technology investments and advisory. Having started his career with a German corporate finance boutique and at Lehman Brothers’ M&A team in London, Gunnar worked for several years as a Portfolio Manager at Mercury Asset Management/Merrill Lynch Investment Managers (today Blackrock) focusing on the emerging European equity technology sector and being an IPO investor in companies like ARM, Infineon and Software AG.

During his tenure as a technology equity research analyst, Gunnar focused on Enterprise Software, IT services and the semiconductor sector, most recently at Citigroup as the Head of the European Technology Team in London. Gunnar was one of the few top 5 rated European analysts with a dual sector rating in the Institutional Investor poll. Between 2005 and 2007 Gunnar was Director and Founder of a VOIP operator based in Brazil. Gunnar studied in Germany and the United States earning a PhD in finance for an empirical study on equity valuation methods and the legitimation of values in mid-sized M&A transactions. He speaks German, English and Portuguese.

Dr. Richard Windsor

Dr Richard Windsor (CFA) is an independent researcher specializing in the digital and mobile ecosystem and the proprietor at Radio Free Mobile (RFM) which analyses the mobile handset and the handset software space. RFM helps clients understand and evaluate the players in the digital ecosystem and has subscribers in the handset, telecom operator, semiconductor industry and internet industries.

During his 11 years at Nomura Securities, Richard focused on the equity coverage of the Global Technology sector in Equities. He covered Global Telecom Equipment as a lead analyst and included Nokia, Motorola, Lucent, Qualcomm, Ericsson, Filtronic, Alcatel-Lucent among his company coverage and became an industry leader in the field of Handset Software. He was regularly consulted by small companies, start-ups, VCs and the like for strategic input and views on both the mobile phone industry and the handset software space.

Robert Ruegemer

Robert has more than 20 years’ experience in Structured Finance and Capital Markets. Before founding InfraEnergy Advisers in 2014, Robert was a partner at a leading German Corporate Finance firm. Previous experience includes senior capital market positions with Deutsche Bank, Ambac and WestLB.

 

Robert received an MBA from Universitat Wuppertal, holds a Maitrise Sciences Economique from Universite Pantheon-Sorbonne (Paris) and studied at Birmingham University.
